Joshua Rothstein CEO / Founder
Joshua Rothstein founded Ice Cream For Dinner in November 2019 after touring with country superstar Luke Bryan and Platinum artist MAX. He has previously worked for Atlantic Records, Downtown Records, and Knitting Factory Management, and is currently a member of Primary Wave Entertainment's Brand Partnerships team.
Josh has worked with artists such as Jack White, The Marley Family, Galantis, Charli XCX, Bishopp Briggs, A$AP Ferg, Wiz Khalifa, Lupe Fiasco, Chelsea Cutler, SHAED, Passenger, and Waka Flocka Flame, among many others, and in prominent venues across the country including Madison Square Garden, Gillette Stadium, 9:30 Club, Northwell Health at Jones Beach Theater, Mercury Lounge, and the El Rey Theatre. Josh is a proud Hamilton College graduate.

Catherine specializes in training & leading high impact teams. She developed her school’s virtual learning plan and successfully implemented it across multiple school sites. She's earned certifications from MIT & Columbia and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bucknell University.
Nicole works for ViacomCBS's Audio & Podcasting team and graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor's Degree in Cinema and Media Studies. She has directed and created music videos, movies, and recap & announcement videos for/featuring artists & brands including Star Trek, D.R.A.M, Chelsea Cutler, and Lupe Fiasco, and her work has accumulated over 150,000+ views.
Karthik is an analyst with Alvarez & Marsal's healthcare industry group who focuses on building & implementing performance improvement initiatives, KPI evaluations, and performance forecasting analyses. Prior experience includes time spent at Centerbridge Partners. Karthik graduated from Hamilton College with a B.A in Economics.
Griffin joined ICFD after 2 years at music marketing agency Venture Music. He has executed creative and effective marketing campaigns for 40+ artists with a focus on SEO, Ad-buys, playlisting, tour marketing, and social/digital growth. His prior experience includes stints at Red Light Management, Atlantic Records, and AEG. Griffin graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in English.
Sydney is on ViacomCBS's Audio & Podcasting team. She brings 5 years of marketing and project management experience within the entertainment space to the team and has previously worked for TNT, TCM, and Comedy Central, and on projects for clients including Coca-Cola, Geico, Chilli's, and Burger King. Sydney graduated Summa Cum Laude from Middlebury College with a degree in Film and Media Culture.
